  • 測定試料：血清、血漿
  • 平均収量：LDL/VLDL：～600μg, HDL：～4500μg
  • 1回の調製で10 mlまでのヒト血清／血漿試料を精製することが可能です。

20μg of LDL/VLDL (A) or HDL (B) purified by the STA-608 kit (lanes 1 and 3) or ultracentrifugation (lanes 2 and 4) were loaded on a 3-8% Tris Acetate Gel (A) or a 12% Bis Tris Gel (B) and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue Dye.

Purified LDL/VLDL isolated using the LDL/VLDL and HDL Purification Kit (blue bars) or ultracentrifugation (red bars) was tested for the presence of Cholesterol using the Total Cholesterol Assay Kit(#STA-390).
