本製品は超遠心分離作業を必要とせず、デキストラン硫酸を使用してLDL, VLDLあるいはHDL分画を選択的に分離精製できます。ほとんどの卓上遠心分離機で行う低速遠心分離で精製できます。

特長
- 測定試料：血清、血漿
- 平均収量：LDL/VLDL：～600μg, HDL：～4500μg
- 1回の調製で10 mlまでのヒト血清／血漿試料を精製することが可能です。

20μg of LDL/VLDL (A) or HDL (B) purified by the STA-608 kit (lanes 1 and 3) or ultracentrifugation (lanes 2 and 4) were loaded on a 3-8% Tris Acetate Gel (A) or a 12% Bis Tris Gel (B) and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue Dye.
