Background
PCNA is a homotrimeric protein that is involved in DNA replication and DNA repair. It serves as a processivity factor for DNA polymerase delta. It has also been shown to interact with several other proteins that are involved in DNA replication and repair, including replication factor C, DNA ligase I, XPG, FEN1 and p21. This particular antiserum was raised against the interdomain connector loop region of PCNA, which is the region of PCNA through which many of the protein-protein interactions occur.カートに商品を
