Western Blot

Detection of Human Nrf2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line untreated (-), treated (+) or mock treated (m) with 10 µM MG132 (Catalog # 1748) for 4 hours and 10 pmol siRNA. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Nrf2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3925) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Nrf2 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
