1 つの試料について、55 種類のヒト血管新生関連因子を一度に検出できるメンブレン抗体アレイキットです。キットには、特異性の高い抗体をスポットした 4 枚のニトロセルロースメンブレンアレイ、バッファー、検出用抗体および化学発光基質が含まれています。

特長
- メンブレンには各因子に特異的な抗体とコントロールが 2 重にスポットされています。
- 試料とビオチン標識抗体カクテルをインキュベートした後、これをメンブレンと反応させ、ストレプトアビジン標識 HRP と化学発光基質により検出します。
- 免疫沈降／ウエスタンブロッティングによる方法のように、因子ごとに操作を繰り返し行う必要がなく、簡便に短時間でより多くの解析を行えます。
- 測定試料： 細胞培養上清、細胞ライセート、組織ホモジネート、血清、血漿（EDTA、ヘパリン処理）、唾液

R&D Systems now offers a Proteome Profiler Human Angiogenesis Antibody Array (Catalog # ARY007 ). This kit provides a rapid, sensitive, and economical tool to simultaneously detect the relative levels of 55 angiogenesis-related proteins in a single sample. Analytes include soluble growth and differentiation factors, extracellular matrix components, proteases, membrane-bound receptors, and intracellular signaling molecules. The use of R&D Systems antibody arrays requires no specialized equipment and eliminates the need to perform multiple immunoprecipitation/Western blot experiments.
