Integrin  alpha V beta 5 in HT1080 Human Cell Line. Integrin  alpha V beta 5 was detected in immersion fixed HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cell line using Human Integrin  alpha V beta 5 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2528) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
