 | Detection of Human IL‑13 R alpha 2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human placenta tissue and human testis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IL‑13 R alpha 2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB614) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for IL‑13 R alpha 2 at approximately 50-55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
