| Description | Recombinant monoclonal antibody to PD-1. Manufactured using AbAb’s Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma RMP1-14. This antibody has a D265A mutation affecting Fc receptor engagement. This chimeric mouse antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG2a format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. |
