 | Detection of Teprotumumab by Western Blot. Western blot of Centuximab, Rituximab, Trastuzumab, and Teprotumumab. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9634) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Teprotumumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
