 | Detection of Trastuzumab by Western Blot. Western blot showsTrastuzumab, Adalimumab, Brentuxumab, and Gemtuzumab biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Trastuzumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9547) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Trastuzumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
