 | Detection of Aducanumab by Western Blot. Western blot shows Trastuzumab, Gemtuzumab, Teprotumumab, and Aducanumab biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Aducanumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9545) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Aducanumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
