使用例

Human Serum (0.5uL) probed with bsm-50193M C1 inhibitor (4G12) Monoclonal Antibody 0.5ug/mL (1:2000); incubated at 4℃ overnight, followed secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.

Immunoprecipitation of C1 inhibitor from human serum using C1 inhibitor (4G12) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-50193M). Lane 1 : Human Serum (0.5uL); Lane 2 : Precipitated from 1ul of Human Serum using 2ug of antibody; Lane 3 : Precipitated from 1ul of Human Serum using 5ug of antibody; Lane 4 : Precipitated from PBS using 5ug of antibody. WB analysis was performed using bsm-50193M at 1.0ug/mL (1:1000) and incubated at 4℃ overnight, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 60min at room temperature.

Background

Activation of the C1 complex is under control of the C1-inhibitor. It forms a proteolytically inactive stoichiometric complex with the C1r or C1s proteases. May play a potentially crucial role in regulating important physiological pathways including complement activation, blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and the generation of kinins. Very efficient inhibitor of FXIIa. Inhibits chymotrypsin and kallikrein.
