 | Detection of Human and Mouse SOCS‑3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse SOCS‑3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5696) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for SOCS‑3 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |

 | SOCS‑3 in U2OS Human Cell Line. SOCS‑3 was detected in immersion fixed U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse SOCS‑3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5696) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (green; Catalog # NL009) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
