 | Detection of Rat Phospho-TrkA (Y785) by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of PC‑12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with the indicated concentrations of Recombinant Rat beta ‑NGF (Catalog # 556-NG) for 5 minutes. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Rat Phospho-TrkA (Y785) Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5479), followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Phospho-TrkA (Y785) at approximately 145 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
