抗CAP-D2抗体の使用例画像

Detection of Human CAP-D2 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.  Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (50 µg for WB) cells.  Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-D2 antibody A300-601A used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B).  CAP-D2 was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-CAP-D2 antibody BL2931, which binds an upstream epitope.    Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).
