Detection of Human hSET1 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: A. Whole cell lysate (WCL; 100 or 200 µg) and nuclear extract (NE; 100 and 200 µg) from 293T cells.  B. Nuclear extract (5 mg) from 293T cells.  Antibodies: A. Affinity purified rabbit anti-hSET1 antibody BL1193 (Cat. No. A300-289A) used at the indicated concentrations for WB.  B. Affinity purified anti-hSET1 antibodies BL1192 (Cat. No. A300-288A), BL1193, BL1194 and BL1195 (Cat. No. A300-290A) used at 5 µg/5mg NE for IP.  Immunoprecipitated hSET1 was detected using BL1193 at 0.2 µg/ml.  Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
