使用例

	HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY EHD2 (RC204848, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-EHD2. Positive lysates LY402353 (100ug) and LC402353 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Gene Name	EH domain containing 2
Background	This gene encodes a member of the EH domain-containing protein family. These proteins are characterized by a C-terminal EF-hand domain, a nucleotide-binding consensus site at the N terminus and a bipartite nuclear localization signal. The encoded protein interacts with the actin cytoskeleton through an N-terminal domain and also binds to an EH domain-binding protein through the C-terminal EH domain. This interaction appears to connect clathrin-dependent endocytosis to actin, suggesting that this gene product participates in the endocytic pathway.
