CF(Carrier-Free)とは？
R&D Systems社組換え体タンパク質製品では通常ウシ血清アルブミン(BSA)をキャリアタンパク質として加えています。キャリアタンパク質を加えることで組換え体タンパク質の安定性が高まり、使用期限が長くなります。また、より濃度の低い溶液での保管も可能となります。CF製品はBSAが含まれない製品となります。一般的に細胞培養や、ELISAのスタンダードにはBSA含有製品を推奨しています。CF製品はBSAが影響してしまうアプリケーションに推奨されます。

- TIM-4
- TIM-4 is a type I membrane protein belonging to the TIM family of cell surface receptors that regulate Th1 and Th2 cell responses. The extracellular region of TIM-4 has an RGD containing V-type Ig-like domain and a serine/threonine-rich mucin domain. Unlike other TIM family members, its intracellular tail lacks tyrosine-phosphorylation motifs. TIM-4 is a ligand for TIM-1, which is also known as hepatitis A virus cellular receptor (HAVCR). The extracellular domain of human TIM-4 shares 53% amino acid sequence identity with that of mouse TIM-4.
