CF(Carrier-Free)とは？
R&D Systems社組換え体タンパク質製品では通常ウシ血清アルブミン(BSA)をキャリアタンパク質として加えています。キャリアタンパク質を加えることで組換え体タンパク質の安定性が高まり、使用期限が長くなります。また、より濃度の低い溶液での保管も可能となります。CF製品はBSAが含まれない製品となります。一般的に細胞培養や、ELISAのスタンダードにはBSA含有製品を推奨しています。CF製品はBSAが影響してしまうアプリケーションに推奨されます。

- TL1A is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily and has been designated TNF superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15). TL1A is predominantly expressed in endothelial cells and its expression is inducible by TNF-alpha and IL-1alpha. TL1A binds with high affinity to death receptor 3 (DR3), now known as TNFRSF25.Depending on the cell context, ligation of DR3 by TL1A can trigger one of two signaling pathways, activation of the transcription factor NF-kB, or activation of caspases and apoptosis.
