Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded DLD1 xenograft, using CRMP2(GTX113420) antibody at 1:100 dilution. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CRMP2 antibody [N1N3] (GTX113420) diluted at 1:100000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CRMP2 antibody [N1N3] (GTX113420) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
