	A titer ELISA using RM117. The plate was coated with different amounts of human IgG1. A serial dilution of RM117 was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
	ELISA of human immunoglobulins shows RM117 only reacted to human IgG1. No cross reactivity with Human IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgE, IgD, IgA, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. The plate was coated with 50 ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 200 ng/mL, 50 ng/mL, or 10 ng/mL of RM117 was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
	ELISA analysis of human plasma using GTX60862 Human IgG1 antibody [RM117] as capture antibody and GTX60920 Human Ig Light Chains antibody [RM129] (Biotin) as detection antibody.
