Flow Cytometry: Bu-1b Antibody (5-11G2) [FITC] [NBP1-28324] - Chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells were first incubated with purified mouse anti-chicken Bu-1b and then counter-stained with goat anti-mouse IgG-FITC. Small lymphocytes were gated using lignt scatter criteria and analyzed on a FACScan (Trademark) flow cytometer (BDB, San Jose, CA).
