Flow Cytometry: Bu-1a/b Antibody (21-1A4) [FITC] [NBP1-28320] - Chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells were first incubated with purified mouse anti-chicken Bu-1a and then counter-stained with goat anti-mouse IgG-FITC. Small lymphocytes were gated using light scatter criteria and analyzed on a FACScan (Trademark) flow cytometer (BDB, San Jose, CA).
