Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 200kDa Neurofilament Heavy Antibody [NB300-135] - rat spinal cord stained with Neurofilament Heavy [NF-H] antibody NB300-135 (green) and UCHL1 antibody NB110-58869 (red). NB300-135 binds primarily to phosphorylated axonal forms of NF-H, and so stains axons coursing between the large UCHL1 positive neurons. These large cells are alpha motorneurons and UCHL1 is a major component of the perikarya and dendrites of these cells.
