Crayfish eyetalk
Anti-Serotonin antibody demonstrates the presence of serotoninergic neurones in the crayfish eyetalk. Staining was obtained with goat polyclonal anti-Serotonin antibody (IS1035) and performed with STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, following the protocol for whole mount samples. Fluorescent conjugated secondary antibody was used and images obtained by confocal imaging at high magnification (x60). [Anti-Serotonin, Goat-Poly: IS1035]
