Primary cortical mouse neurone culture
Anti-Glycine antibody reveals the presence of Glycinergic neurones (green) co-immunolabeled with anti-GABA in mouse cortical primary culture. Staining was obtained with anti-glycine rabbit polyclonal antibody (IS1034) and anti-GABA chicken polyclonal antibody (IS1036) and performed with STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, following the protocol for cell culture. Fluorescent conjugated secondary antibody was used and images obtained by confocal imaging at low magnification. [Anti-Glycine, Rabbit-Poly: IS1034]
