Crayfish eyetalk
Anti-Octopamine antibody demonstrates the presence of octopaminergic neurones in the crayfish eyetalk. Staining was obtained with rabbit polyclonal anti-Octopamine antibody (IS1033) and performed with STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, following the protocol for whole mount samples. Fluorescent conjugated secondary antibody was used and images obtained by confocal imaging at highmagnification (x60). [Anti-Octopamine, Rabbit-Poly: IS1033]
