Mouse primary culture neurones
L-DOPA was detected in mouse primary culture neurones using StainPerefct immunostaining kit A and following protocol for cell culture. Anti-L-DOPA rabbit polyclonal antibody (IS1030) strongly stains soma and neurites. Secondary antibody (fluorescent conjugated) were used and images captured by confocal microscopy.
