Mouse primary culture neurones
Using STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, Dopamine (green) and Serotonin (red) were detected in mouse primary culture. Staining was obtained following the protocol optimized for cell culture using anti-Dopamine (IS1005) rabbit polyclonal antibody and Serotonin (IS1035) goat polyclonal antibody. Secondary antibodies (fluorescent conjugated) were then used and images captured by confocal microscopy at high magnification. [Anti-Dopamine, Rabbit-Poly: IS1005]
