Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VASP antibody [GT238] (GTX634448) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
