CXCR2 antibody detects CXCR2 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and CXCR2-transfected (+, including 3xFlag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CXCR2 antibody (GTX631667) diluted by 1:5000.
