Nestin antibody [GT623] detects Nestin protein at cytoskeleton by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Nestin protein stained by Nestin antibody [GT623] (GTX630201) diluted at 1:250.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with Nestin antibody [GT623] (GTX630201) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (MAB5326) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
