Zika virus NS1 protein antibody detects Zika virus NS1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Vero cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 30 min.
Green: Zika virus NS1 stained by Zika virus NS1 protein antibody (GTX133323) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.

Non-transfected (?) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS1 protein antibody (GTX133323) diluted at 1:8000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
