IL10 antibody detects IL10 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and IL10-transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL10 antibody (GTX130513) diluted at 1:5000.
