Erythropoietin was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney cancer tissue using Human Erythropoietin Polyclonal Antibody at 10 μg/mL overnight at 4 °C (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower image shows no staining because no primary antibody was used.
