The  ELISA Accessory Starter Kit II (Cat. No. E103) contains the following components: 10 x 96- well plates, coating buffer, postcoat solution without BSA, wash solution, sample/conjugate diluent and TMB substrate.   Postcoat solution does not contain BSA.
