Detection of Human RANK by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples:  Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells.   Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RANK antibody A303-808A used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate.  RANK was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RANK antibody A303-807A, which recognizes an upstream epitope.  For blotting immunoprecipitated RANK, A303-807A was used at 1 ug/ml.    Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
