BALB/c splenocytes were double-stained with Sell monoclonal antibody, clone MEL-14 (PE) (Cat # MAB5737) and rat anti-mouse Cd3e-FITC. Lymphocytes were gated and analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
