Cell lysates of HeLa (lane 1) and A-549 (lane 2) (40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with KLF4 monoclonal antibody, clone AT4E6 (Cat # MAB2066) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
