The cell lysate of NIH/3T3 (35 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with NANOG monoclonal antibody, clone 5A10 (Cat # MAB2042) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
