Pax2a antibody detects Pax2a protein on Medaka by whole mount immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: 7 days-post-fertilization medaka embryo. Pax2a antibody (GTX128127) dilution: 1:100.
Zebrafish embryos extracts (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Pax2a antibody (GTX128127) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Zebrafish tissue extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Pax2a antibody (GTX128127) diluted at 1:1000.

PROPERTIES

Form Liquid
Buffer 1XPBS, 20% Glycerol (pH7). 0.025% ProClin 300 was added as a preservative.
Storage Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4ºC. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
