R&D Systems now offers Human Adiponectin/Acrp30 (Catalog # NFADIP) and Human HGF (Catalog # NFHGF) Biotinylated Fluorokine® Kits. These kits are designed for the detection of either Adiponectin receptor- or HGF receptor-expressing cells by flow cytometry. The Fluorokine Kits use either Biotinylated Recombinant Human Adiponectin or Biotinylated Recombinant Human HGF, along with avidin-fluorescein to label cells expressing Adiponectin or HGF receptors, respectively. Fluorescent cells are subsequently detected by flow cytometry. Both kits also include an appropriate blocking antibody and a negative control protein biotinylated to the same degree as the protein of interest to allow the specificity of the staining to be assessed.
