R&D Systems now offers a Mouse Th17 Cell Multi-Color Flow Cytometry Kit (Catalog #FMC008). This kit is designed to simplify the identification of Th17 cells by flow cytometry. It provides four different fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies that can be used together for single-step staining of mouse Th17 cells. The antibodies included are APC-conjugated anti-CD4, Carboxyfluorescein (CFS)-conjugated anti-CCR6, PE-conjugated anti-IL-22, and PerCP-conjugated anti-IL-17, as well as the corresponding isotype controls. The kit also contains fixation, permeabilization, and wash buffers.

Detection of Mouse Th17 Cells by Flow Cytometry.
