R&D Systems is now offering several new NorthernLights-conjugated primary antibodies for fluorescence microscopy. These antibodies include anti-human Podocalyxin (Catalog # NL1658R), anti-human Brachyury (Catalog # NL2085R), and anti-human/mouse SSEA-1 (Catalog # NL2155R). Each antibody is conjugated to the NorthernLights-557 (red) fluorochrome, which is suitable for multicolor immunofluorescence experiments. NorthernLights-conjugated antibodies are bright, deliver a high signal-to-noise ratio, and are resistant to photobleaching.

| Detection of Brachyury by Fluorescence Microscopy. An E9.5 mouse embryo section was stained using NorthernLights-557-conjugated anti-human Brachyury polyclonal antibody (Catalog #NL2085R; red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and visualized by fluorescence microscopy. Positive Brachyury staining is seen in the notochord. |
