R&D Systems now offers a mouse IL-2/IL-10 Dual Color ELISpot Kit (Catalog # ELD5775). This complete kit is designed to simultaneously detect IL-2 and IL-10-secreting cells at the single cell level. ELISpot assays can be used to monitor immune responses to various treatments and allow antigen-specific CD4⁺ and/or CD8⁺ T cell responses to be easily quantified. These assays are highly reproducible and can be used to measure responses with frequencies well below 1 in 100,000 cells. Additionally, ELISpot assays do not require prior in vitro expansion of cells and are suitable for high-throughput analysis.
