The levels of EGF R in human serum and plasma samples collected using either EDTA or Heparin as an anticoagulant were assayed using the EGF R Quantikine ELISA Kit (Catalog # DEGFR0). The graph shows the mean levels of EGF R detected in each sample type and the standard deviation (N=34). EGF R levels were also measured in aliquots of cell culture supernatants removed from human MDA-MB-231 breast or A431 epidermoid carcinoma cells.
