R&D Systems now offers a Mouse Tryptase epsilon/BSSP-4 DuoSet ELISA Development Kit (Catalog #DY2059 ). Tryptase epsilon, also known as brain-specific serine protease 4 (BSSP-4), was identified as an enzyme in the brain, but is also preferentially expressed in epithelium-rich tissues such as the lung and eye. It has been found to convert pro-urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) to an active protease, suggesting its involvement in fibrinolysis. This new ELISA kit contains the basic components required for the quantitative determination of natural and recombinant mouse Tryptase epsilon using the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. It includes capture and detection antibodies, a protein standard, and Streptavidin-HRP for the development of fifteen 96-well plates. ■Antibodies ■ELISA/Assay Development Kits & Reagents ■Recombinant & Natural Proteins |
