R&D Systems is now directly conjugating our NorthernLights™ fluorochromes to primary antibodies. Our initial offering includes antibodies recognizing neuron-specific beta-III Tubulin, human Nestin, human Nanog, human/mouse Oct-3/4, and human/mouse SOX2. Each antibody is conjugated to one of three fluorochromes that are suitable for multi-color immunofluorescence experiments: NorthernLights-493 (green), NorthernLights-557 (red), or NorthernLights-637 (far red). NorthernLights conjugates are bright, deliver a high signal-to-noise ratio, and are resistant to photobleaching, making them ideal for fluorescence microscopy. | | Detection of Neuron-specific beta-III Tubulin in Differentiating Rat Cortical Stem Cells by Fluorescence Microscopy. Neuron-specific beta-III Tubulin was detected in differentiating rat cortical stem cells using NorthernLights-557-conjugated anti-Neuron-specific beta-III Tubulin monoclonal antibody (Catalog # NL1195R; red). The nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). | ■Antibodies ■Recombinant & Natural Proteins |
