R&D Systems now offers Peridinin-Chlorophyll-Protein Complex (PerCP) -conjugated antibodies for flow cytometry. PerCP has absorption maxima of 482 nm and 564 nm, and an emission maximum of 675 nm. This permits its use with fluorescein- and phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated antibodies without significant spectral overlap.
