Prostaglandin D Synthase Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit
プロスタグランジン Ｄ 合成酵素（PGDS）の阻害物質をスクリーニングするキットです。安定で加水分解力の高いアセチルコリンエステラーゼ（AChE）を標識したトレーサーを用いた競合 EIA により，PGDS が合成したプロスタグランジン D2 を定量して阻害物質の評価を行います。
PGDS はプロスタグランジン H2 からプロスタグランジン D2 を合成する酵素で，リポカリン型と造血器型の 2 種類が知られています。
