R&D Systems is now offering carboxyfluorescein- or phycoerythrin-conjugated goat anti-mouse IL-17 polyclonal antibodies (Catalog # IC421F and IC421P) for flow cytometry. IL-17 (also known as CTLA-8) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in the regulation of immune functions, most notably allergic responses. It is the defining cytokine secreted by the recently discovered Th17 subset of CD4+ effector T cells.
